Charge fully before first use. Connect the USB-C cable and charge for about 2 hours. Don't use the device while it's charging.

Start with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup and any oil-based products from the jaw and cheek area.

Apply a water-based gel or lotion to your jawline and lower cheeks. This is not optional — microcurrent needs a conductive medium to work, and using it on dry skin is both less effective and less comfortable.

Position the device so the pads sit along your jawline and the strap goes over the top of your head. Adjust the strap so it's snug but not tight — you shouldn't feel pressure on your ears.

Power on using the remote. Start at level 1.

Increase intensity gradually. Step up one level at a time until you feel a light tingle or gentle pulsing. You should never feel a sharp or stinging sensation — if you do, drop back a level.

Let the timer run. The device shuts off automatically at the end of the session. Don't run back-to-back sessions.

Remove, wipe the pads clean, and rinse the gel off your face.

After each use

Power off and disconnect the charging cable before cleaning.
Wipe the massage heads with a soft, damp cloth to remove gel or cream residue. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
Don't let conductive gel dry on the heads — residue builds up and reduces contact quality over time.

Cleaning

Use water or a mild alcohol wipe on the metal heads only.
Never submerge the device or hold it under running water.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or scouring pads — they'll scratch the plated finish.
Keep moisture away from the charging port.

Charging

Charge with the included USB-C cable and a standard 5V adapter.
Don't use the device while charging.
Recharge every 2–3 months if unused, to preserve battery life.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Don't store in a steamy bathroom or leave it in a hot car.
Keep away from children.

General use

Always use with a water-based gel, lotion, or cream. Using it on dry skin reduces effectiveness and can feel uncomfortable.
Limit sessions to the built-in 15-minute timer.
Discontinue use if you experience irritation.
